MIR VPN Terms of Use

Version 2.1 · effective 21 September 2026

These terms govern the MIR VPN website, Telegram bot, and applications. They limit voluntary warranties and service liability to the fullest extent permitted by law without removing mandatory consumer rights.

Payment and contracting party

The paid subscription is supplied by the Provider whose full legal name, address, registration, and tax details are displayed at checkout before confirmation and on the receipt. The final total and payment provider are also displayed before charging. Payment is accepted after provider confirmation, after which the subscription is activated for the User's account.

1. Definitions and acceptance

MIR VPN is a software and information service providing an application and time-limited access to available VPN routes. A User is a person legally capable of using the service; a Consumer purchases it for personal purposes unrelated to business.

Free functions are governed by these terms when used. A paid subscription contract is formed only after the User sees the provider details, term, full price, and refund rules, expressly accepts the terms, and the payment provider confirms payment. Silence, browsing the website, or merely installing the app does not accept the paid offer.

2. Service provided

  • A right to install the official app on supported devices and use one active subscription on no more than 10 devices unless checkout states otherwise.
  • Access for the paid term beginning and ending at the date and time shown in the app or bot.
  • Automatic selection among available routes. Countries, servers, protocols, and routes may change without preserving a particular node.
  • Split routing: selected Russian services may use the User's normal connection rather than the VPN. This is a service feature, not a VPN-route leak.
  • Support through the official Telegram bot as available, without a guaranteed individual response time except where law sets one.

3. User and device requirements

The User provides a compatible device, a supported OS version, internet access, lawful VPN use in their location, and Telegram account security. The service is not designed for life support, hazardous systems, or activities where failure can directly harm life or health.

Install the app only from mirvpn.net or another official source named by MIR VPN and keep it updated. Operation on modified, infected, unsupported, or administrator-restricted devices is not guaranteed.

4. Acceptable use

Unauthorized attacks or scanning, malware, spam, fraud, infringement, attempts to bypass device or subscription limits, access resale, service interference, and any unlawful use are prohibited. The User is responsible for their actions and for persons to whom they provide a device or access.

5. Plans, term, and activation

Current offers are 30 days for RUB 499, 90 days for RUB 1,299, 180 days for RUB 1,999, and 365 days for RUB 2,999. The final total, including an applicable fee or discount, is shown before payment. If checkout information differs, the checkout information presented before acceptance controls.

A new User may receive one free day of access for one Telegram account; the User pays nothing. Reinstallation, another device, a username change, or a repeated request does not issue another free period. Access is admitted after preparation and app activation, supports up to 10 devices, and ends at the time shown by MIR VPN, so usable time may be slightly under 24 hours. A later paid plan keeps the same MIR account.

Automatic renewal and recurring charges are not used unless the User separately and expressly agrees in the future. Promo codes have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, do not stack unless stated otherwise, and are subject to their announced term and limit.

6. Payment and receipt

The payment provider identified at checkout handles payment under its own security rules. MIR VPN does not receive card details, bank passwords, or CVC/CVV. Payment is complete after provider confirmation; access follows reliable confirmation and may require app activation.

Before charging, the User receives the full price, service name, term, provider details, and a link to these terms. An electronic fiscal receipt or other mandatory payment document is delivered as required by law and checkout.

7. Cancellation and refunds

A Consumer may cancel the service at any time. The Provider may retain only documented costs actually incurred and directly connected to performing that particular contract unless applicable law gives the Consumer a better rule. Starting the subscription does not make the payment unconditionally non-refundable.

If the service was not provided, was defective, or a charge was erroneous, mandatory remedies and deadlines apply. Contact @mirvpn_net_bot and provide the account, payment date and amount, transaction reference, and requested remedy; never send full card details or secrets. Refunds use the original payment method unless law or the payment provider requires otherwise.

Promo codes, bonus days, and other free benefits have no cash refund value. A suspension for a proven breach does not remove mandatory refund rights, but documented costs and the properly supplied part may be accounted for where law permits.

8. Availability, changes, and no warranties

The service is provided in its available technical state. MIR VPN has no SLA and does not promise uninterrupted operation, a specific speed or latency, access to a particular website, app, country, server, IP address or protocol, circumvention of every block, compatibility with every network, or absolute anonymity or security.

Routes, servers, protocols, and supported versions may change for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or resilience. Planned and emergency interruptions may occur. Material changes do not shorten a paid term or remove mandatory remedies.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted immediately for a security threat, attack, fraud, device-limit breach, access sharing or resale, lawful authority request, or other material breach. Where safe and lawful, the User is told the reason and how to remedy it.

MIR VPN may discontinue the service in the future with notice through an available channel. For an already paid subscription, the Provider either performs through the term or gives the refund required for the unprovided part.

10. App and intellectual property

The User receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the official app solely to access the service while these terms apply. The app may not be copied, sold, rented, modified, decompiled, or used to bypass technical measures except where mandatory law expressly permits it.

11. Liability

MIR VPN is not responsible for unlawful User conduct; third-party content and rules; device, OS, home, or mobile network failures; acts of Telegram, payment providers, and other independent parties; government or network blocking; or force majeure, except where mandatory law or the Provider's own fault requires otherwise.

For non-Consumer Users only and only where permitted, liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, and downtime is excluded, and aggregate contractual liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the current subscription term. These limits do not apply where they would impair mandatory Consumer rights or where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

A VPN does not replace antivirus software, backups, two-factor authentication, or the User's own legal assessment. The User must reasonably mitigate harm and stop using the service where there is an evident risk.

12. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Refusing data technically necessary to create an account, provide access, or issue a mandatory receipt may make that function unavailable. Optional data is not a condition of purchase.

13. Changes to these terms

A new version is published at mirvpn.net with its effective date. It applies to future use and purchases. Terms of a paid subscription are not worsened retroactively except where law requires or an immediate security threat must be removed without reducing mandatory rights.

14. Requests, law, and disputes

Send a request or claim through @mirvpn_net_bot. The parties may try to resolve it before court, but this does not restrict a Consumer's right to use any lawful remedy immediately. Consumers retain mandatory law and venue protections of their country of residence; Russian Consumers retain the rights provided by Russian law.

If a provision is invalid, the others remain effective to the fullest permitted extent. The Russian version is controlling; the translation is for convenience and does not reduce mandatory User rights.
